Why lessons designed for expats?

Learning for your situation, not a fixed pace

We work with a proven method as a foundation — just like in regular NT2 courses — but supplement it with other materials and exercises that fit your situation as an expat: no years to spare, language you can use right away, and a pace that suits you.

🕐

Flexibility for your schedule

Lessons are planned around your work, timezone and travel schedule — no fixed group class timetable to fit yourself into. A booked lesson can also be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours in advance, and once per lesson even at the last moment.

🗣️

Multilingual guidance

Explanations in Dutch, English or Spanish — so tricky grammar always stays clear, whatever your starting level.

🎯

Language you can use right away

We work on what you actually need: a conversation with colleagues, calling the doctor, grocery shopping, or a job interview.

How does the approach work?

Built around your life as an expat

Practical, flexible and focused on what you need now — not a fixed textbook pace.

🎤

Speaking from the first lesson

No years of grammar study before you're allowed to say anything. From lesson one you practise real, everyday situations — mistakes and all, because that's how you learn fastest.

🕐

Flexible scheduling

Lessons adapt to your schedule, not the other way around. Handy for changing work hours, travel or a different timezone. Free rescheduling up to 12 hours in advance — and once per lesson, even at the last minute.

🧭

Focused on your daily situation

We practise the language you'll actually use: at work, at the doctor's, with neighbours, or during official appointments. No dry textbook dialogues.

✍️

Writing feedback outside the lesson

Writing assignments are practised at home at your own pace, with detailed feedback — so every lesson minute goes to speaking and practice.

📈

Personal learning path

Whether you're learning for work, civic integration, or just for yourself — we determine the pace and focus that fits your goal together.
